The house is located in Bantry Bay, a quiet and prosperous residential area close to the world-famous beaches of Clifton and Camps Bay, Table Mountain and the city centre. Here you have easy access to world-class entertainment, shopping centres and restaurants. Bantry Bay is considered the most windless area of Cape Town. Secluded and protected, the inhabitants of this exclusive area enjoy about 290 windless days a year - an important fact in view of the windy climate in Cape Town.

Our staffs are available 24 hours a day (room service, breakfast service on request) to take care of your questions or problems. A driver can also be provided if required.

The house is fenced with an electric fence and the area is patrolled by private security force.
